The Good

All Plans Come With Unlimited Data

CLEAR doesn’t limit your data usage like most other 4G mobile broadband providers. Both of their Internet packages come with unlimited data, so you never have to worry about paying overage fees or having your speeds reduced. This is good news for anyone who spends a lot of time online on a daily basis. If you are looking for a 4G mobile broadband provider with few restrictions on their plans, CLEAR could be the perfect choice.

Reasonably Priced

Considering the fact that CLEAR’s Internet packages come with unlimited data, they are very reasonably priced. This makes CLEAR a smart choice if you are looking to get a great deal on your Internet service, but still have your budget to think about. The two available plans differ on download and upload speeds, but both have no data limit, so you are free to choose whichever one best suits your Internet usage.

24/7 Support

CLEAR takes customer service seriously, which is why they have people available 24/7 via live chat to answer any questions you may have or fix any problems with your Internet. Phone and social media support also are provided during business hours. Few other 4G mobile broadband companies provide this level of service, so it is great to see CLEAR going above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy with their Internet. Though it may not have a serious impact on your day-to-day experience with the Internet, if you do run into an issue, you’ll be extremely grateful for CLEAR’s 24/7 support.

The Bad

Download Speed only 6mpbs

Although CLEAR does have some really nice mobile broadband packages with no data limits, that comes with the tradeoff of less-than-desirable download speeds. With CLEAR, you’re looking at a maximum of 6 Mbps, significantly lower than what most of the other 4G mobile broadband providers offer. This could mean longer page loading times, which may be frustrating for you. If this is a major concern, there are other Internet service providers out there that may be better options.

Unremarkable Upload Speeds

CLEAR’s upload speeds are also below average when compared to other 4G mobile broadband Internet providers, maxing out at around 1 Mbps. This shouldn’t be as crucial to your Internet experience as download speeds because chances are, you download much more than you upload. If you are frequently putting photos, videos, or other large files online, however, it may be wise to choose a company with a faster upload rate.
