The best MasterCard® credit cards provide interested applicants with a variety of rewards options. Those looking to minimize expenses can take advantage of no annual fee or 0% introductory rates, which are offered by some of the top cards. Sign-up bonuses are relatively easy to earn, and all of the best MasterCard® choices provide bonus rewards on certain purchases. Selecting the one card can be challenging, but determining whether a travel credit card or a point program is more appropriate can help simplify the decision.

The Barclaycard Arrival™ World MasterCard® tops the list of best MasterCards by offering a generous sign-up bonus and double points on all purchases. New cardholders can earn 20,000 bonus miles after making $1,000 or more in purchases in the first 90 days from account opening. Some of the top rewards credit cards lack flexibility when it comes to rewards redemption. However, with the Barclaycard Arrival™ World MasterCard®, miles can be redeemed for statement credits towards flights, cruises, car rentals, hotels, and more. Designed for applicants with good credit, the Barclaycard Arrival™ World MasterCard® also rewards cardholders with two miles per dollar on all travel and dining purchases and 0% intro APR on purchases for the first 12 months. Those interested in balance transfers should be aware of the slightly higher balance transfer fees, but with no annual fee, this card is among the best MasterCards on the market.

With a large sign-up bonus, the US Airways Premier World MasterCard® rounds off the list of best MasterCards. New cardholders can earn up to 40,000 bonus miles on qualifying transactions, and have access to the exclusive option of redeeming flights for 5,000 miles or fewer. The US Airways Premier World MasterCard® does charge an annual membership fee of $89, which is higher than comparable cards. In addition, compared to the other two MasterCards, the opportunities for bonus rewards are limited. Cardholders can enjoy two miles per $1 spent on US Airways purchases, but other than that, rewards are limited to one mile per dollar. The card does come with some decent US Airways benefits, including Zone Two boarding on every flight, and annual companion certificates good for round-trip travel for up to two companions at $99 each, plus taxes and fees. For those that fly US Airways often, the card will be an excellent choice.
