The Bad

Doesn't integrate well with email

Although you can set up automated email alerts for your projects, that’s about it for’s email integration. Many of the other project management software allow you to respond to comments, provide progress updates, or even create tasks through your email. With, none of this can be done without first logging in to the system.

Few time-tracking tools

Users can log time on tasks and projects through, but there is no way for managers to approve the time tracked by the resources in the system. also doesn’t have a built-in time clock, though this is more of a convenience than a necessity. Each organization is different, and to some, time tracking may not be as important, but it will be if you’re managing a large number of employees while trying to measure output and costs.

No project roles

Overall, has some nice resource management tools, but they don’t allow you to assign specific job roles to your team members. This can be very useful for staying organized and allocating resources efficiently, especially for bigger organizations that have several resources with similar roles. Smaller project managers won’t see this as a big deal, but as an organization grows, it could become an issue.

Can't track revenue does come with some financial management resources, but they are primarily geared toward expenses, and there isn’t any way to track revenue on a project. This just isn’t going to work for people who need to project and report revenue to investors, but if financial management tools aren’t important to you in a project management software, may still be the right choice.
